    The program covers the project management fundamentals, methods of organizing the essential project components, key principles of Agile thinking, the basics of people management, and customer relations.

    With the program you will learn best practices that allow completing a project by delivering the right solution that meets the expectations within predefined constraints.
    The course shows many project-related activities
    that need to be correctly executed and coordinated.
    You will master developing and delivering technical parts - the most obvious step in IT projects, which needs to be appropriately coordinated to overcome the risk of delay.

    Project-based training helps to familiarize with
